Yearly Archives: 2009 This is just such a remarkable day. In all my 41 years living in Alexandria, VA — I can only remember a couple HUGE storms like this and none in December. It’s so festive to happen the week of Christmas and that much more fun to enjoy this as a parent. It’s just a great…  Love this family. They came to me for Claire’s maternity and baby C’s newborn session last year. I am so glad when I manage to sway the love, affection and loyalty of my fabulous clients! *wink, wink* This sweet family is always so easy to be around….we laugh a lot and just enjoy hanging around…  So this was a very unusual session for me but equally fun. Here’s why. I was asked by another photographers studio, a couple days before this happened, if I could do this session for Betsy + Alan as a gift for them from Betsy’s “boss”. I happened to be FREE and so I offered…  For the first time ever, I had a client that wanted uber-LARGE artwork for her home from a session I did this summer.
